Texas 75 hour Appraisal: This class is 75 hours of the new Real Property Appraiser Qualification to become a Appraiser Trainee. The combined hours cover real estate value, types of value, economics, markets, analysis, and ethics. The online class will provide the knowledge to use on all facets of real estate appraising in Texas.

People who are already licensed in the state must take continuing educations credit hours to maintain their real estate appraisal license. Texas regulations applies to newly registered appraisers who just passed the exam and people who have had their certification for a period of time or years.
